The document that revealed the 5 year plan of Microsoft was removed at the request of Covington & Burling, a law firm that advises Microsoft. There is no word on if it was removed for being a forgery or not.
IGN questioned Microsoft and they responded with this statement. “We do not comment on rumors or speculation.”
Original Story From IGN: An unconfirmed document allegedly leaking out of Microsoft reveals the company’s five-year plan, price, and features for the Xbox 720. The 56 page document looks at the possibilities for Xbox 360 in 2011 leading up to the launch of the next generation in 2013, which includes a new Kinect sensor at launch in a $299 bundle. Notable changes include a blu-ray disc drive, as well as a focus on and tablet integration. IGN is already confident that the next-generation will begin in 2013, and the plan for tablets to talk to consoles recently rang true. Notable goals and features for the Xbox 720 include an improved Kinect sensor with four-player games, accessing your media library anywhere via cloud streaming, and not needing to upgrade hardware ever again. Most notable is the rumored plans to create glasses that give players a heads-up display/virtual reality interface dubbed Fortaleza.

Apple to give Podcast their own app
Apple revealed a lot of new stuff about the iOS6 features at its annual developers conference this week, but there’s one thing they didn’t show off.
According to All Things Digital, Apple is creating standalone app for podcast. Now this may not sound so exciting as the 3D maps for iPhone or Siri on iPad but its noteworthy given that Apple Currently serves podcast on iTunes and has you listen to them in a separate called Music.
In case you didn’t know, podcasts are pre-recorded audio shows of varying genres that users can subscribe to and listen to even when offline.
As for the timing of such a release, Apple typically rolls out new iPods, and iTunes software in the fall at its annual music event. Last year that event was replaced with the debut of the iPhone 4S. Which was the last product Steve Jobs unveiled before his death. Rest his soul.
More Updates are coming soon.
